Mozie's Bar and Grill is one of our favorite spots to grab a drink, located in the town square right next to the General Store. There's a bar with excellent food and drinks - if you go we recommend trying the sliders 😋!
Gruene Hall, built in 1878, is Texas’ oldest and most iconic dance hall. It retains its original 6,000 square-foot layout with open-air side flaps, a front bar, a small stage, and a spacious outdoor garden—preserving its timeless charm. Both the Gruene Estate and the Gruene Hall were both established by the Gruene family and share rich history! Check back later when the dance hall has updated their schedule for Friday, April 18th!
The iconic Gristmill River Restaurant & Bar is a must. Situated in the middle of town, it's the perfect place to grab some food and drink after exploring the town of Gruene. They're known for their Southern-style cooking, Chicken fried steaks, and spicy margaritas!
